TGH has extensive capabilities for the repair/overhaul of Fuel Quantity Probes, also referred to as Tank Units. TGH has the ability to repair/overhaul both Capacitive Type Fuel Quantity Probes and Resistive Type Fuel Quantity Probes. TGH Fuel Quantity Probe capabilities range from small general aviation aircraft up to and including large commercial aircraft.

All tools and test equipment utilized by TGH, for the “Return to Service” of Fuel Quantity Probes, are calibrated, certified and traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).

All completed repairs and overhauls of FAA certified TSO’d or PMA’d Fuel Quantity Probes are provided with FAA Form 8130 Airworthiness Certificates.

TGH uses only OEM or FAA Approved replacement parts in the accomplishment of repair or overhaul work on Fuel Quantity Probes.

Most fuel flow transmitter repairs/overhauls are completed in 30 days or less, however, TGH has an extensive inventory of already overhauled Fuel Quantity Probes available for immediate delivery in those situations when time is of the greatest importance.

TGH provides a limited 1 year warranty on all overhauled Fuel Quantity Probes.
