Nulite instrument lighting wedges are a great alternative to post lights or indirect lighting.
The dual incandescent bults have a 10,000 hour rating, and mount behind the existing instrument so the finished look is excellent.
The cost is essentially the same as post lights, but with three times the effective lighting.
Nulites come in all sizes with specialized cut outs for most instruments, and work with dimming systems.
